We have shown adjoining landowners on the Mining Plan Map; they are the applicant and a <br />neighboring; property to the North is owned by Linda Johansen. <br />2. We have labeled topsoil and product stockpiles on the map. <br />3. We have shown typical vegetation in a note on the map. <br />4. We have shown the power line owner's name on the map; in all cases it is Xcel Energy. <br />5. We have changed "survey boundary' to `permit boundary' and modified the linetype for the <br />boundary line. <br />Exhibit D .- Mining Plan <br />6. Topsoil from the expanded pit area will be stockpiled near or just east of the existing topsoil <br />stockpile. <br />7. This statement is hereby changed to read Areas 1-4 of the original will be graded to their final <br />configuration during 2010 through 2011. <br />Exhibit D -- Mining Plan (coast)
