Dear Mr. Westhoff,
The Division received your above referenced response in regard to Compliance Problem 1
identified in the Division's report of the ins ection that was conducted on March 15, 2010. The
status of the corrective action reported by Morgan Sand and Gravel in regard to this problem is
as follows:
Compliance Problem 1: The Reclamation Plan failed to address how final grading of the
site would be done to control erosion and siltation of the affected lands, to protect areas
outside the affected land from slides and other damage.
This problem is considered abated as a result of the Operator's submittal of a Technical
Revision, which addresses the final grading of the site as it relates to stormwater management.
