Two outfalls are permitted under the CDPH&E <br />permit. Both ponds discharged during April and May 2010, and the operator sampled the discharges in compliance <br />with the sampling frequency. No parameters were outside of the permit limits. The Manganese levels remain well <br />below the permit limits of 4700 ug/L daily maximum, and 1550 ug/L 30-day average. The operator provided a copy <br />of the reports to the Division in a timely manner.
