As was the <br />case with my June 18, 2010 letter, WFC agrees to limit operations in the prime <br />farmland areas to those described in your letter until all regulatory and statutory <br />requirements are satisfied. I apologize for the need for the additional extension; <br />however, as I am sure you know, the revisions are massive and we are waiting for <br />a written response from NRCS to revisions to much of the Prime Farmland section <br />as well. <br />-Yours-truly, t(?)p R.
