-4-
STEPS NECESSARY TO ABATE VIOLATION (REMEDIAL ACTION):
1) Resample topsoil from the locations sampled (Lloyd property) in 2009 analyze and report results for
those parameters missing from the 2009 ARR (Calcium Carbonate; Selenium; and Coarse
Fragments). Coarse Fragment sampling and analysis methods are to be consistent with those utilized
by Walsh on March 5, 2008, as presented in Attachment 2.05.4(2)(d)- I page 8 (Table 2).
2) Resample Bench 1 suitable subsoil sites on the Lloyd property; analyze and report results for those
parameters missing from 2009 ARR (Saturation Percentage; Sodium Adsorption Ratio; Calcium
Carbonate IN; Selenium (ppm) and Coarse Fragments). Coarse Fragment sampling and anal
methods are to be consistent with those utilized by Walsh on March 5 2008, as presented in
Attachment 2.05.4(2)(d)-1 page 8 (Table 2).
3) For Bench I_suitable subsoil sampled and analyzed for the Morgan property and initially reported in
May 2010, report the USDA soil texture for each sample. If the conversion from the Unified Soil
Classification system cannot be mathematically computed re-sample and re-analyze as necessar .
Conduct a visual assessment of the percentages of cobble stone and boulder present and combine
these figures with the gravel content initially reported. Report total coarse fragment content (based
on the USDA rock fragment categories) for each location sampled Coarse Fragment samplingand
analysis methods are to be consistent with those utilized by Walsh on March 5 2008, as presented in
Attachment 2.05.4(2)( )-1 pag_e8 (Table 2).
TIME FOR ABATEMENT (NOT MORE THAN 90 DAYS):
ON OR BEFORE _ August 31, 2010
NOV FoRmt (3/95)
WHITE - File YELLOW - Operator PINK - Specialist
