Wally Erickson
June 28, 2010
Page 20
Response to Adequacy Issue No. 28-16: Based on the results of the mine rock
analysis (Appendix B), encapsulation is not required. Wildcat Mining Corporation will
undertake analysis of every 5,000 ton of processed ore as described in Section 6.3.3(1)(k).
28-17. What is the expected final water level in the underground workings after mining?
Response to Adequacy Issue No. 28-17: The inferred water table is predicted to be
below the level of the mine workings based on the well on the Idaho Permit Area. Based
on information on the well permit, this is estimated at 8,900', which is below the level of
the underground workings (9,100', Eckel, 1949).
Thank you again for your very prompt review of Wildcat Mining's adequacy
submittals. George Robinson of R Squared, Inc. will followup with you to discuss these
matters. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to call me with any questions or
concerns.
Neumann
Enclosures
cc: George M.L. Robinson (R Squared, Inc.)
Beth H.
