Bird@state. co.us <br />(VIA HAND DELIVER YAND E-MAIL) <br />Re: Response to Preliminary Adequacy Issues for AM-01 <br />Wildcat Mining Corporation, May Day Mine, Permit No. M-1981-185 V/ <br />Dear Wally, Jeff, Steve and David: <br />I am writing on behalf of Wildcat Mining Corporation ("Wildcat Mining") to <br />provide the following response to the adequacy issues raised by the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety ("DRMS") in its April 28, 2010 letter for the May Day <br />Mine, Permit No. M-1981-185 (the "First Adequacy Letter for the May Day Mine"). <br />Please note that George Robinson is separately delivering the referenced Attachments. <br />Possible Conflict with La Plata County Land Use Code - Appropriate Type of <br />Reclamation Permit <br />1. As noted by La Plata County in their correspondence dated April 26, 2010, <br />the amended application for the May Day'Mine does not secure motor vehicle <br />access for the site and does not include the water supply ponds within the permit <br />boundary.
