All of the coal will be <br />transported underground to mine facilities located on approximately twenty acres in the <br />SE'/4NW'/4 of Section 36 and covered by Colorado State permit C-1981-035. This notice is to be published at least once a week for four consecutive weeks <br />in the Durango Herald.
