The Notice was determined to be incomplete and <br />additional information was requested by this office. Our office received the requested additional <br />information on May 12, 2010. This additional information makes the Notice complete and the <br />operations as described will not cause undue or unnecessary degradation. <br />Sagebrush stands in proximity of riparian drainage bottoms in the project area have potential to <br />support sage-grouse nesting activity through the last week of June.
