Venture Resources would like to request a Decision Date extension concerning our application M-2009-076.
We are lacking complete geotechnical lab results due to equipment problems at the first laboratory we had
contracted. We have elected to utilize a new lab in hopes of getting more timely results. Currently, Advanced Terra
Testing in Lakewood is conducting the final testing.
We wish to request a July 30, 2010 date for consideration of this permit.
