The berm at ditch D2R -2
is an exception.
• Stilt fences are constructed at various sites
as added sediment control or to slow sheet
flow velocities.
• Miscellaneous internal ditches and culverts
may be added to facilitate access, etc.
If added, they would be sized equivalent to or
greater than the next downstream ditch or culvert.
• Due to limited level space on the Hine site, supplies
and materials may be stored along roads and other
open, previously disturbed areas, within the drainage
control system, except pond embankments, topsoil stock-
piles, and permanently revegetated areas, though not
identified as such on this map. Aaterials may also be
temporarily stored on the Refuse pile so as not to
preclude reclamation and /or compaction activities.
Storage areas will be consolidated as possible.
THE CHANGES TO THIS DRAWING
WERE PREPARED UNDER MY
SUPERVISION AND REPRESENT
INFORMATION THAT IS ACCURATE TO
THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE
19
32345
RANGE 90 WEST, TOWNSHIP 13 SOUTH
MO UNTAIN COAL WEST ELK MINE
COMPANY L.L.C.
