The revision application and the currently approved permit application can both be viewed on laser fiche <br />on the DRMS website (htty://www.mining.state.co.us/hnagedDocuments.htm). The revised revegetation <br />map and revised revegetation plan narrative can be found in the revision index class, while the currently <br />approved narrative and map are in the permit file index class. To access the revision materials, click on <br />the class, then scroll down to the type and sequence and enter "TR70". <br />The applicant is required to publish notice in a local newspaper that this application has been deemed complete. <br />At the time of publication of this notice, the applicant is additionally required to place a copy of this application at <br />the Hayden Public Library, 201 E. Jefferson Avenue, Hayden, CO 81639-1813, and at the Division office. For <br />additional information or to provide written comments, contact the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, <br />Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567.
