Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received a revision for the Seneca II-W Mine. The <br />revision was called complete on June 24, 2010. The decision due date is August 23, 2010. <br />This technical revision application proposes changes and clarifications to the woody plan density standard <br />for the Seneca H-W mine, including proposed standards for aspen reestablishment in specified locations. <br />The revision application and the currently approved permit application can both be viewed on laser fiche <br />on the DRMS website (http://www.mining.state.co.us/ImagedDocuments.htm). The revised revegetation <br />map and revised revegetation plan narrative can be found in the revision index class, while the currently <br />approved narrative and map are in the permit file index class.
