Coyote Basin, Notice of Intent (NOI) No. P-2010-010, Acceptance of Bond and Completeness Notice <br />Dear Mr. Hefton, <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (DRMS) has reviewed Vane Minerals, LLC. application <br />the above referenced Notice of Intent (NOI) for prospecting. On June 16, 2010 DRMS accepted the <br />financial warranty documents submitted by Vane in the amount of $13,275.00 for prospects on BLM <br />lands. Per a Memo of Understanding, BLM has concurred on the bond amount. A copy of the bond <br />documents will be sent to the BLM Meeker Field Office for their records. Vane Minerals has met the <br />state requirements for a complete notice and may proceed with the project as soon as BLM issues its <br />final stipulations of approval. <br />Please note the final drill hole report requirements of Rule 5.7.
