ANNUAL RECLAMATION REPORT <br />MESA GRAVEL PIT <br />SENECA COAL COMPANY <br />PERMIT NO. M-1982-036 <br />INTRODUCTION <br />The gravel from this operation is used at Seneca Coal Company's mining operations for road construction <br />and road maintenance. During this reporting period Qune 1, 2009 to June 1, 2010), no tons of gravel were <br />produced. With the approval of Technical Revision No. 02 (June 1998), the permitted acreage for this <br />property is 96.5 acres. <br />1. Location and Number ofAcres Affected During this Reporting Period. <br />The Mesa Gravel Pit 2009-10 Annual Reclamation Map shows the status of mining and reclamation <br />activities as of June 1, 2010. <br />There were 2.1 acres of additional surface disturbance during the 2009-10 reporting period. <br />2.
