I agree that a new Exhibit 82 makes sense, and 17 and 19 are the only comments of Marcia's remaining to be
addressed. I will provide you a follow-up letter on my original comments on Tuesday April 6.

exception of 17 and 19, my comments have been addressed. I concur with the approach you propose, i.e. submitting a
finalized Exhibit 82 when all changes have been incorporated.

Marcia,
Attached are the four figures that you referred to in your additional responses to your comment Nos.
16, 20 and 21. These were included in the hard-copy that I mailed to Tom. I had not included them
in the latest electronic copy because they were included in the original responses to your comments.
The same goes for the boring and lab data also per comment 16. Those logs and data had already
been submitted and just need to be inserted in the correct location. If all of this information (logs,
figures, etc.) is acceptable, instead of you, Tom, having to pull out and insert corrected pages, I will
send you an entirely new Exhibit 82 when all of the corrections have been accepted - again, if that is
acceptable to do.
I will review the remaining comments on Nos. 17 and 19 with Barr and will get the requested revised
pages to you ASAP.
