This packet should go with the packet we delivered <br />to you on or about May 20, 2010. This copy is delivered to you <br />pursuant to 34-32.5-112(9)(a), Colorado Revised Statutes 1995, as <br />amended, which states in part: <br />.... the applicant shall place a copy of such application for public inspection <br />at the office of the Board and Office of the County Clerk and Recorder of <br />the county in which the affected land is located. <br />This must be kept with the original packet for public review <br />until the permit has been approved by the Division. We will <br />contact you once it is and make arrangements to pickup this copy. <br />The return receipt card will provide proof that we delivered <br />this adequacy packet as required. It will be submitted to the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology to prove the packet was deliv- <br />ered to.your office.
