IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS
The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required abatement and
date of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring abatement and the termination of
violations cited during previous inspections.
No enforcement actions were taken during this inspection. CV-2010-001 was issued May 14, 2010 for
extending underground room-and-pillar workings beyond the area of underground workings shown on
approved E-Seam mine plan, Map 51, in the permit application. The operator abated CV-2010-001 by
updating and receiving approval of a new copy of Map 51 submitted in Minor Revision 365, and
DRMS terminated. CV-2010-001 on June 1, 2010.
