The small Hay Gulch cemetery at the southwest corner of the <br />surface facilities north of County Road 120 will not be impacted by <br />development of surface facilities or potential subsidence (as no <br />underground mining will occur below the site) . <br />SURFACE MINING NEAR UNDERGROUND MINING <br />• There are no surface mining activities existing or proposed within 500 <br />feet of any underground mine. <br />SUBSIDENCE SURVEY, MONITORING, CONTROL PLAN <br />INVENTORY OF STRUCTURES AND RENEWABLE RESOURCE LANDS <br />The following is a list of structures and renewable resource lands within <br />the permit area. <br />Hay Gulch irrigation ditch <br />County Road 120 <br />Two track road extending north of the project area in Cochran <br />Canyon. <br />Two track road following the ridge line west of the project area. <br />Barbed wire fences <br />Hay Gulch cemetery <br />GCC Energy, LLC King II Mine <br />Section 2.05.6 <br />Page 4 October, 2008 7 - 9 - / Sr <br />
