RE: Lohmann Sand & Gravel, M-2001-017 - Technical Revision to revise reclamation of
French property (lining method and configuration)
Final configuration of water storage on French property
The final configuration of water storage on the French property is slightly different than what was in the
original application, due to oil/gas well rights that were not known at the time of the original application.
Kerr-McGee (aka Anadarko) informed L.G. Everist of their right to drill an oil/gas well on the east side of
the French property. They drilled the oil/gas well and L.G. Everist gave them the required 150-foot
setback from the oil/gas well. The well setback changed the final configuration of the French property.
An as-built map of the French property has already been submitted to the Division showing the final
configuration, as part of the information for the French partial release request dated April 30, 2010.
In order to officially change the final configuration and reclamation of the French property, L.G. Everist is
submitting with this Technical Revision revised maps with information on Kerr-McGee and their oil/gas
well. Attached is Exhibit C-1 Revised, Man-Made Features, which lists Kerr-McGee as an oil well owner,
and shows the placement of their oil/gas well on the east side of the French property. Also attached is
Exhibit F Revised, Reclamation Plan, showing the final reclamation of the French property with the 150-
foot setback from the Kerr-McGee well.
If you have any questions or need anything else to process this Technical Revision, please contact Lynn
Shults at 303-286-2247 or Imshults@lgeverist.com.
Thank you,
Lynn Mayer Shults
Regulatory Manager
Attachments:
- Technical Revision fee, check for $216.00
- SEO lining approval letter for French property
- Deere & Ault's final liner test report
- Deere & Ault's liner proposal letter
- Exhibit C-1 Revised, Man-Made Features
- Exhibit F Revised, Reclamation Plan
cc: Dennis Fields, Vice President
LOH-DRMS-TR-French RevRec-toES-Jun2010.doc
