Toxicity Reopener <br />If, during the first three years after the issuance of this permit. <br />tonicity has occurred in the discharge, ar it is established that <br />there ie a reasonable potential for tonicity in the discharge, this <br />permit shall be reopened and modified to impose WET limitations in a <br />manner consistent with any applicable Federal Regulations in effect at <br />that time. Limitations imposed in accordance with such Federal <br />Regulations, if applicable, shall be in effect no later than three <br />years after the date, WET testing conditions were first incorporated <br />into this issued permit.
