B. MONITORING REQUIREMENTS
1. Frequency and Sample Type
In order to obtain an indication of the probable c~
compliance with the effluent limitations specified

Reporting of the above data shall be on a quarterly basis. Refer to
Part I.D.2 for specific requirements. Should a precipitation event or
snowmelt occur, the permittee shall submit proof in order for an
exemption to be claimed. Said proof shall be submitted as an
attachment to the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the
appropriate period. And eaemption can not be claimed for outfalls 023
and 024.
Sampling for compliance with the monitoring requirements specified
above shall be performed at the following locations: discharge points
001, 002, 003, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009, 023 and 024, as shown in
Figure 3.
Monitoring by the Division for the purpose of compliance and/or
enforcement of the effluent limitations shall be performed as per
"Sample Type" specified above.
