PART III <br />Pace 16 of i= <br />PERMIT NO.: CO-003202= <br />• <br />C <br /> <br />~'.CI=.L P.~QUIREY=NTS <br />'JO; withstandin= the provisions of PART I1, paracraph A-1 the permittee <br />shalt submit a written request to the Colorado Water Quality Control <br />Division for designation of new discharge points or deactivation of <br />exis*_ing discharge points. New discharge point designations shall be <br />submitted in not less than 120 days prior to the proposed time of dis- <br />charge. The recuest shall be accompanied by area maps which shall meet <br />the specifications set forth below. Each discharge point shall be <br />numbered consecutively (001, 002, 003, etc.) and designated on the map. <br />Pursuant to 5 CCR 1002-2 Section 6.9.3(10), permit changes which qualify <br />as a minor modification shall not be subject to public notice requirements <br />and will become effective upon the date of final Division action, <br />2. Area "taps shall be made from USGS topographical maps (7.5 or 15-minute <br />series) or other appropriate sources as approved by the Colorado Water <br />Quality Control Division. Each revised area map shall be 8-1/2 inches <br />by 11 inches and reproducible by rapid printing methods or as approved <br />by the Division. Where additional 8-1/2 x 11 maps are required to show <br />the area of operation, they shall be numbered and a key shall be shown <br />on the first map. The firs[ map section shall have the company name, <br />mine/job name, address, and Colorado Discharge permit number printed <br />thereon. Also, one line of latitude and one line of longitude shall be <br />marked on each map section. The area map(s) shall delineate the <br />following, using the graphics as indicated: <br />!:.) Existing area of operation (Solid Outline) <br />(ei Existing point source ~ (Solid Triangle) <br />(C) The projected area of operation for the life <br />of the Colorado Discharge permit ----------------- (Dashed Outline) <br />(D) The projected point source for <br />[he life of the Colorado Discharge permit 0 (Opened Triangle) <br />3.
