Monitoring Reguirements for Outfalls 001, 002, and 003 <br />In order to obtain an indication of the probable compliance or non- <br />compliance with the effluent limitations specified in Part 1.A, the <br />permittee shall monitor all effluent paramzters at the following <br />frequencies: <br />Effluent Parameter Maasurement Freouency d/ Sample Type e/ <br />Flow, MGD Weekly Instantaneous <br />or Continuous <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/1 Monthly Grab <br />Total Iron, mg/1 Monthly Crab <br />011 and Grease, mg/1 f/ Weekly Visual or Grab <br />pii, s.u. Weekly Grab <br />Settleable Solids, ml/1 ~/ Weekly Grab <br />Salinity g/ Quarterly h/ Grab <br />Reporting of the above data shall be on a quarterly basis. Refer to <br />Part I. D.2 for specific requirements. Should a precipitation event or <br />• snorcmelt occur, the permittee shall submit proof in order for an <br />exemption to be claimed. Said proof shalt be submitted as an <br />attachment to the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the appropriate <br />period. <br />Sampling for compliance with the monitoring requirements specified <br />above shall be performed at the following locations(s): outfalls 001, <br />002 and 003, as shown in Figure 1 on page 19. <br />Monitoring by the Division for the purpose of compliance and/or <br />enforcement of the effluent limitations shall be performed as per <br />"Sample i~pe" specified above. <br />• See Part I.A.7. for Footnotes.
