The Division has reviewed Energy Fuels Coal Inc.'s (EFCI) 2009 Annual Reclamation Report for the
Southfield Mine. The Southfield Mine is a reclaimed underground mine that has received Phase I bond
release on 81.8 acres. The Southfield Mine permit also includes a reclaimed train Loadout located several
miles from the mine site. Please find the Division's comments below.
