Telluride Gravel provides the following information to comply with the Annual Report requirements:
1. Status of Permit Bond
The required bond is current and underwritten by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.
2. Storm Water Management
Telluride Gravel currently complies with the State of Colorado Storm Water Management Plan
Requirements.
3. Weed Control
Telluride Gravel performs weed control to comply with permit requirements. Weeds are maintained by
San Miguel County through a paid agreement and weeds are pulled by Telluride Gravel and disposed of
off-site by trash removal services.
4. Map of Current Disturbances and Reclamation Activities
Mining activities are inactive. Locations of stockpiles and shops/plants are shown on the attached
drawing(s). Reclaimed areas are also identified. There are no changes to report from prior period.
