accordance with the current approved reclamation plan. <br />It is unclear what is going to occur at the site in the future; in particular, for the many stockpiles and irregular <br />shaped berms located throughout the area. If the County desires to continue to utilize the area for <br />recreational type activities such as shooting and archery, they may want to consider revising the reclamation <br />plan to accommodate these uses. <br />Several piles of trash, metal debris and concrete are located in the north central portion of the permit area <br />adjacent to the eastern archery butt. These piles of material must be removed from the site. This issue is <br />cited as a Problem at the end of this inspection report and will require corrective action to be taken by the <br />Operator. If the Operator intends on using the concrete rubble as backfill material for a reclaimed slope, they <br />will need to file a Technical Revision to the reclamation plan and include the appropriate structural fill notice <br />as outlined in Rule 3.1.5 (9) of the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board for the Extraction of Construction Materials. <br />Figure 1.)
