i <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> Western Fuels-Colorado, a Limited Liability Company, has filed an application with Colorado <br /> Mined Land Reclamation Division requesting the transfer of coal permit (Nucla Mine, permit NC- <br /> 81-008) and succession of operator. The current permit holder and operator of the mine is <br /> Peabody Coal Company, Western Division, 1300 South Yale, Flagstaff, Arizona 86001. The <br /> successor to the permit and operator of the mine will be Western Fuels-Colorado, a Limited <br /> Liability Company, 12076 Grant Street, Denver, Colorado 80241. The permitted area is located <br /> near the town of Nucla, Colorado and is situated within Section 6 of T46N, R15W; Section 31 of <br /> T47N, R15W and Sections 25 and 36 of T47N, R16W. Written comments, objections or requests <br /> for an informal conference on this application should be sent to Colorado Mined Land <br /> Reclamation Division, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303)866-3567 <br /> within 15 days of this publication. <br />
