IF THE SOIL SiJRVTY INDICATES .ANY PRIME SOILS, FURTHER INVESTIGATION IS <br />REQUIRED AND ONLY WITH ABSOLUTE PROOF CAN FARMLAND RECEIVE A <br />NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. Only with ABSOLUTE PROOF can farmland receive a <br />negative determination. This is not just ROSS GUBKA applying for a permit and SAY that <br />prime farmland is not APPLICABLE. This is not a 1992 letter disqualifyiog a very small piece <br />of property before the mine stwted shining. THIS IS ABSOLUTE PROOF. This is an <br />investigation that not only WFC should have performed and lied about but also a. complete and <br />thorough investigation done by the STATE in 1998 before Prime Farmland was ever ruled out of <br />any of the permit area. As far as I ran, tell, the State and WFC not only violated the rules and <br />regulations, but WFC is still repeatedly violating the rules and the laws with PR6. They know <br />they have lied, they know they are using false documentation, they know that the National Soil <br />Survey Handbook is the official. reference, they know most all of. these laws as good as I do and <br />they are still misusing them and presenting false documentation and PR6 should be totally <br />withdrawn and disqualified. ALL INFORMATION WITHIN A PERMIT APPLICATION, <br />PERMIT REVISION, OR RENEWAL MUST ]3E ACCURATE AND TRUE AND DO NOT <br />VIOLkE RULES AND REGULATIONS SET FORTH BY THE STATE OR FEDERAL <br />GOVEWRNMENT. <br />
