By,letter dated April 19, 2001, the BLM was provided notice of BRL's plan to <br />mine under BLM managed property. Since new mine plans have been developed that will <br />extend west of Terror Creek, an updated notice is hereby provided. <br />The BLM has a, copy of BRL's Map 14, Mine Plan, whit shows specific areas in which <br />mining will take ; place and the dates of mining activities that could cause subsidence and <br />affect structures or renewable resources. The BLM is provided a copy of BRL's Map 14 <br />each time it is amended. <br />The BLM also has a copy of BRL's Map 27; Subsidence, which presents areas where <br />extraction will be limited to control adverse surface effects. Extraction is limited to control <br />subsidence to protect Hubbard Creek and Terror Creek and the roads that parallel both. <br />The BLM is also provided a copy of BRL's Map 27 each time it is amended. <br />The most recent amendment to the mine plan is the extension of the 1 West Mains under <br />Terror Creek. The focus of the mine plan for the next few years will be developing and <br />mining longwall.panels that are located west of Terror Creek.
