Preliminary review of the information received determined that the following items must be <br />received before the Division can consider your request as being submitted and technical review can begin: <br />• Per Rule 1.9.1, a technical revision is considered filed when the submittal includes the appropriate fee. <br />Please submit the required fee of $216.00 to this office. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical deficiencies in your application.
