On May 7 th at about 6 PM I heard and saw
an AN driving up to the Mayday Mine. Wondering if they were using the "new " unpermitted
road behind my property, I went down my trail to see. Attached are photos taken from my
property showing new tracks in the mud & snow. I don't know if the tracks were made that
day , but my understanding is that they are unconditionally not permitted to use this road. This
re-inforces my letter for the now postponed hearing before the board that Wildcat Mining be
required to immiediately reclaim the "new" road or they will continue to illegally use it.
Sincerely,
Da 2 en
4348 County Road 124
Hesperus, CO 81326
970-247-5827
RiCE11?
D
DiM onofal ld©?c
n/n9 and Sa ay on
