APPENDIX A
DRMS Form 2 Public
LYNX-ROYAL JV LLC
Egnar HD2 Project
Proposed Action
Introduction
Lynx-Royal JV LLC (LRJL) proposes to conduct exploratory drilling on Federal lands, claimed
by LRJL and managed by the U.S. Bureau of Land Management, located about 6 miles east of
Egnar, San Miguel County, Colorado. The proposed action consists of boring 3 air rotary holes
and is intended to obtain information about historic drill-indicated mineralization and mineral
trends. The proposed drill holes (HD2-PDH-A through HD2-PDH-C) are located in the T42N,
R18W, New Mexico Prime Meridian. The proposed drill sites are located on or near an existing
road. The proposed drill sites are located near an existing road. The sites will be access over-
the-ground a distance of approximately 1200 feet. Construction (e.g. physical disturbance) of
new access roads will not occur.
Site and Claim Information
The specific claims affected by the proposed action are:
Claim Name Serial Number Legal Land Description
Confidential
Starting Date and Duration
Drilling is proposed to start by July, 2010. The actual date will depend on permitting, weather
and drill rig availability constraints. The actual field drill program duration should be about 14
days.
Pre-Drilling Surveys
Lynx-Royal JV LLC will have a third-parry archeological survey conducted of the drill sites and
access trails if requested by the BLM. The archeologist will hold the appropriate licenses to
conduct such a survey. Given the small size of the program, no other pre-drilling surveys such
as wildlife, or endangered species, are planned. The archeological survey results will be
submitted under a separate cover.
Drilling Information
