The notice must be published (in a <br />paper of general circulation in the locality of the mine) once a week for four consecutive weeks. Pursuant to Rules <br />3.03.2(1)(c) and (d), please submit proof of publication of the notice within 30 days after the last publication. Upon <br />receipt of the proof of publication the Division will determine completeness of the application and schedule a bond <br />release inspection. To expedite the process Colowyo can e-mail a pdf copy of the proof of publication to me and send a <br />hard copy via US mail. <br />Please let me know if you have any questions. <br />James R.
