Martin <br />Executive Director <br />The Division received the application for MR-76 on Thursday, 27 May 2010. We found the <br />application to be complete for purposes of filing today, 1 June 2010. <br />It appears that all of the information required for abatement of NOV No. C-2010-002 has been <br />provided. In addition to an invoice/quote from Southwest Seed, two pages of permit section <br />2.05.4(2)(e) - Revegetation were submitted with the application. These pages revise Seed Mix <br />#8 (for Dryland Pasture) and the list of items to be included in the Annual Reclamation Report. <br />The base version (file path) of the two pages differs from that which is currently approved in the <br />permit (with TR-58 in May 2009). Attached to this letter are copies of approved pages -11 <br />(showing Seed Mix #8) and -29 (Annual Reporting). Please renumber the replacement pages to <br />correspond with the currently approved page numbers. <br />The Division understands that PR-06, which is currently under review, will result in future <br />changes to the page numbering of Section 2.05.4(2)(e). However, the approval of MR-76 is <br />likely to occur prior to the approval of PR-06, so these pages must be first inserted into the <br />permit as it currently stands. <br />Thank you for your prompt attention and response to the items required with CV-2010-002. <br />Please contact me with any questions you may have regarding this revision. <br />Sincerely, <br />Marcia L.
