The first attachment is the mine plan that <br />represents current status. Crushing operations started mid September 2009 <br />(9/14/09) and concluded mid November 2009 (11/16/09). <br />Marathon does not plan to operate a crusher in the quarry this year (2010) and the <br />only activity will be to draw on the existing stockpiles, as needed, for use on our <br />leases. <br />Marathon will monitor the seeding of the topsoil pile and reseed areas if needed.
