Comments: <br />We continued mining in the Hill-Oakley phase throughout the entire reporting period (June 2009 <br />through May 2010). The entire phase has approximately 40 mineable acres. We will finish mining <br />this phase in summer 2010 and then begin final reclamation of the entire phase. We will conduct <br />some active mining and also do some concurrent reclamation work in the Fort Lupton East and West <br />phases Also in 2010, we will conduct some active mining operations in our adjacent Lupton <br />Meadows Reservoir (M-2002-104) and some of the materials will be processed in the Fort Lupton <br />site This connected mining operation and transfer of materials was approved in a Technical Revision <br />(TR-5) dated January 25, 2010. <br />* Please show the location of the acreage for items with a * on your map.
