Because of the lack of success in re-vegetating due to the <br />saline soils at the Virginia Acres, United Companies asked Bruce Humphries to redesign our <br />seed mix. Attached is a copy of Mr. Humphries' report that includes the proposed seed mix. <br />United Companies is only asking for a Technical Revision for the seed mix and no other <br />recommendation in Mr. Humphries' report. <br />Attached is a check for the Technical Revision fee for Permit No. M-1990-04.
