This report covers the time period from April 1, 2010 to June 30, 2010. <br />The inspections were performed on June 1, 2010 by Field Inspector Troy Summers. All <br />structures were functioning as designed at inspection. <br />The Impoundment Location - Map details the location of each impoundment inspected <br />(Attachment A). Quarterly Pond Inspection Reports document water level, sediment level, <br />outflow, and required maintenance cited per inspection (Attachment B).
