During final reclamation, waste rock equal to background <br />shall be used as cover and sloped to allow for drainage to prevent leeching. <br />#5: Rimrock Exploration and Development, Inc. has removed these fuel storage facilities <br />and has no intent to have fuel storage on site. Fuel will be hauled to site on an as needed <br />basis. <br />#6: Montrose county road Y1, will remain on site after reclamation is complete. If required Rimrock Exploration and Development, Inc. has a 3000 gal water tank <br />and will purchase water from a near by ranch to maintain dust controls.
