This will allow time <br />for the applicant to complete the adequacy review items that the DIVISION OF <br />RECLAMATION, MINING and SAFETY have forwarded to the applicant. We intend to <br />have the reply to the OFFICE by June 18, 2010. This will allow the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety the time needed to complete the adequacy process. <br />Please accept this request for extension of time to complete. <br />Please let me know if this is possible.
