State Reg. <br />4P Northwest Diversion Ditch <br />The Northwest Diversion Ditch will be routed along the ditch of the <br />existing road, as shown on Exhibit 7 -7, to minimize surface. disturbance. <br />The diversion ditch will drain approximately 946 acres which is undisturbed, <br />or is old mined areas that has been reclaimed and revegetated and a small <br />disturbed area of approximately 2.8 acres known as the "Outside Warehouse <br />Area" and the "Old Bone Yard" which is an outside area. All other areas <br />around the "Outside Warehouse Area" and the "Old Bone Yard" will be <br />vegetated and stabilized once the diversion ditch is complete. The location <br />of this diversion ditch will minimize the overall disturbance in the area and <br />no runoff will enter the drainage from new or existing mine areas. <br />7 -6 -3 -4 <br />
