The average flow rate for the PECOCO <br />discharge is 40 gpm (0.15 ac- ft/day). The permanent pool elevation for PECOCO was set at <br />6775.65 feet as a model input value to account for the constant spoil spring inflow. <br />CURVE NUMBER n/a <br />Peabody Sage Creek Mine curve number (CN) values are based on CN values previously approved by CDRMS for the Seneca <br />II Mine, Permit C -80 -003.
