RILL & GULLY MONITORING /STABILIZATION PLAN <br />depending on the extent of the erosion and time of year, disking and seeding will be <br />conducted as required. Straw bales, erosion matting and rock fill may also be used to <br />stabilize the area. Straw mulching and crimping will be considered as a further option. <br />Planning and Reporting. PSCC will submit to the Division by June 1 of each year, a <br />copy of the map identifying the rill and gully areas along with a rill and gully <br />stabilization plan that briefly describes the problem at each identified area and the <br />proposed mitigation measures. The rill and gully stabilization plan will be implemented <br />by July 1 of each year and completed by November 1 or beyond until weather conditions <br />restrict operations. <br />PSCM Permit App. 2.05.4 -E2.2 4/16/10 <br />
