In the last paragraph on revised page 2.05-48, please explain why the statement is made <br />that drill hole BRL-1-03-01 might also be known as BRL-04-01. <br />BRL - That statement was removed from the permit text. It is not important to the PAP. <br />37. The Active Monitoring Wells Completion Summary Table that is currently provided in the <br />PAP on page 2.05-83 appears to have been removed from the permit text. This table <br />contains critical information that needs to be retained in the permit document Please ensure <br />that thisitable is updated for the revised groundwater monitoring plan if needed and <br />reincorporated into the PAP. <br />BRL - The Active Monitoring Wells Completion Summary is enclosed as page 2.05-125i. <br />Section 2.05.5 Postmining Land Uses <br />38. In the second paragraph on revised page 2.05-85, please update the disturbed area <br />acreage range. <br />BRL - The acreage range was updated on page 2.05-85. <br />39. In the next to the last paragraph on revised page 2.05-85, please update the second <br />sentence to acknowledge that land other than that owned by the applicant has also been <br />disturbed. <br />BRL - The update was made to acknowledge that land other than that owned by the applicant <br />has also been disturbed. <br />40. As was brought up in Section 2.04.3 above, in the second sentence of the last paragraph on <br />revised page 2.05-85, please update, if appropriate, the statement that Delta County does <br />not have any land use regulations. There is an. example of county approval in the middle of <br />revised page 2.05-87. <br />BRL - Pages 2.05-85 and 86 were revised to indicate Delta County does have specific <br />development regulations. <br />Section 2.05.6 Mitigation of the Impacts for Mining Operations <br />42. Please add the Rare Earth Science Threatened & Endangered Species Inventory, dated <br />December 5, 2007, to the discussion on revised page 2.05-98 in Section 2.05.6(2)(a)(iii)(A- <br />C). <br />BRL - A summary of the report was added to page 2.05-98. <br />43. On revised page 2.05-100, please describe the reclamation of the Freeman Gulch vent <br />shaft and how that reclamation protects the hydrologic balance.
