Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found the <br />above referenced reports to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The April 2010 Discharge <br />Monitoring Reports for the above referenced CDPS Permits were received by the Division on 01 June <br />2010; the reports cover the time period from 01 April 2010 through 30 April 2010. <br />Permit CO-0027154 - Only outfalls 005A/MON5/005W (Pond D), 003A (Pond B) and 006A (Pond E) <br />discharged during April 2010. No exceedances of any compliance criteria were noted during the <br />month. Outfalls 002A, 004A, 007A, 007W, MON7, and 008A did not discharge during the month <br />noted. <br />Permit COG-073311 - Outfall 001A (Fish Creek Construction Crossing) discharged during the month <br />of April 2010. Two exceedances were noted relating to TSS, 30-day average and maximum. <br />It is noted that based on a Memorandum of Understanding between the Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety and the Water Quality Control Division (WQCD), the WQCD will be responsible <br />for enforcing CDPS permit conditions including exceedances of TSS. <br />Thank you for the timely submittal. , . <br />If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
