seeded according to recommendations received from the Haxtun Natural Resource <br />Conservation Service. <br />a) The creek bed currently has gravel at the surface. There is no topsoil in the <br />creek bed itself. Areas lying outside the creek bed have topsoil ranging from <br />4-5" in depth. A copy of the permit <br />approval is attached. We are checking with the U.S. Corps of Engineers, the Air Quality <br />Control Commission, and the State Historical Preservation Officer regarding necessary <br />permits for the operation.
