Box 565
Winthrop, WA 98862
RE: Notice of Amendment of Application of a Gravel Pit Permit by Land Owner
Dear Delene:
As one of the 10 people that own a portion of mineral rights of our property, the Colorado Division
of Reclamation, Mining, & Safety requires that we send you another letter to inform you of our
recently filed amendment to our permit application for intent to open a gravel pit. For detailed
information, please see the enclosed copy of the public notice that ran in The Limon Leader dated
April 22, 2010.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are once again sending you this notice due to an
amendment, i.e. revision, that we were required to make on our original application. The only
change or revision to the application, is the access point, which Elbert County requested that we
reroute.
Please feel free to call us if you have any questions. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Ed Grimes &
Tracy Grimes
Enc.
