Certification Statement <br />The impoundment and associated structures are pre- existing. The design as- <br />built drawings and sedimentology discussion have been prepared under the <br />supervision of others. The structure named herein has been constructed as <br />shown on Exhibit 7 -8, Wadge Impoundment #002 and Cross - Section, which was <br />certified by Ronald J. Gehrke, a registered professional engineer in the State <br />of Colorado experienced in the design and construction of earthen structures. <br />I am a registered professional engineer in the State of Colorado experienced in <br />the design, construction and operation of earthen structures. I have reviewed <br />the as -built documents and inspected the site. It is in my opinion, based on <br />the original assumptions presented in Appendix 7 -6a and the as -built data, that <br />Pond 002 will meet the requirements of Rules 4.05.6(3)(a), 4.05.9(2)(b) and <br />4. 05.9(2)(c)(ii). <br />o ���?••�, SHE�F9�, <br />� � 4 � <br />7. <br />TR -37 Revised 04/05 <br />
