HARRISON of the County <br />of flout# and State of Colorado, of the first part, and SENTRY ROYALTY COMPANY, a <br />corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the Saws of the State of Nevada, <br />of the second part: <br />WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of <br />the sum of other good and valuable consideration and Ten Dollars, to the said party of <br />the first part in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is <br />hereby confessed and acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by <br />these presents does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm, unto the said party of the <br />second part, its successors and assigns forever, all of the following described lots or <br />parcels of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Routt and State of Colorado, <br />to -wit: - <br />A right of way 150 ft, in width being 75 ft, on either side of <br />the following described center line. <br />Beginning at a point in the south line of Section 34, Township <br />6 North, Range 87 West, which is 125.0 ft. west of the SE corner of <br />the W 1/2 SE 1/4 thence N 17 45' W for 719.8 ft.; thence on a curve <br />to the left having a radius of 955.37 ft. for 330.3 ft. N 37 34 W for <br />279.9 ft.; on a curve to the left having a radius of 716.78 ft. for 294.0 <br />ft.; N 61 05' W for 360.7 It., on a curve to the right having a radius <br />of 478.34 ft. for 495.0 ft. ; thence N 1 41 W for 2052.2 ft. to a point <br />which is 75 ft. west of the NW corner of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 34, <br />Township 6 North, Range 87 West containing 15.60 acres more or less. <br />TOGETHER. with ail and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and <br />remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; an¢ all the estate, right, title, interest, <br />• claim and demand whatsoever of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, <br />o£, in and to the above bargained premises, with the hereditaments and appurtenances. <br />TO HAVE: AND TO HOLD the said premises above bargained and described, with <br />the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns <br />forever.
